The Toxnet group will shortly start work on a position paper that reconsiders the definition of spasticity, by evaluating new findings in the physiopathological pathways underlying the upper motor neuron syndrome, with the intent of clarifying definitions and specifying a better treatment approach with the botulinum neurotoxin.
