Biography

Dr Stefano Carda has his medical degree and post-graduate teaching in PRM in Italy. He has worked several years with Pr Franco Molteni and Pr Carlo Cisari, in Italy, in the field of neurological rehabilitation, spasticity and bone and muscle metabolism.

In 2011 he moved to the University Hospital of Lausanne, where he is holding the title of Clinical Professor and Deputy Physician, in the service of Neuropsychology and Neurorehabilitation.
He has published mainly on adjunctive treatments after botulinum toxin treatment and surgical treatment of spasticity.

His clinical interests are spasticity treatment, rehabilitation of neuromuscular diseases and neurological rehabilitation.
